Upon the initial contact we are required by Yukon Law Society Rules and British Columbia Law Society Rules to ensure that we do not have any conflict of interest between you and the other party or parties.
 

We cannot represent you if we have already spoken to, or have been retained by, the other party or parties involved. Once we have determined that no conflict exists, we are able to participate in meaningful communications with you to obtain further information about your issue.
 

Every client is asked to fill out our client information form before the initial consultation. This allows us to understand your situation upon the first consultation.
