Gary has appeared in the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Court of Appeal of the Yukon Territory, the Supreme Court of the Yukon Territory, the Territorial Court of Yukon, and various tribunals, including the the Canadian Human Rights Commission, the Yukon Human Rights Commission and the Yukon Water Board.
